2012 – Treatment of the roof with Thermo-Gum, treatment of the external perimeter walls with Nano-Therm and treatment of the windows with Thermo-Lux.
In summer, temperatures reached 50°C, thus causing an extensive use of air conditioning to keep the internal temperature at about 15 °C. Therefore, energy usage and costs were extremely high.
In autumn, when external temperatures reached 36°C, the inside temperature was 25°C without air conditioning, thus determining energy savings, lower CO2 emissions in the atmosphere and better comfort.
2013 – After a year, when comparing electric bills, it was assessed that the real energy consumption was about 45% lower.
2019 – After seven years, the applied product remains intact and the colour tone remains unchanged
