LINDOFIX
Professional sanitising detergent for interiors, for deep cleaning of walls contaminated by mould.
Lindofix is especially suitable for sanitising substrates infested by mould, preventing their proliferation over time. It is ideal for preparing mural surfaces (walls and ceilings) on which to subsequently apply the anti-mould and anti-condensation, water-based finishing paints.
- Sanitising action: It prevents the formation of mould over time
On substrates infested by mould, after complete removal by brushing, scraping or washing, apply the solution exclusively by brush. On severely contaminated surfaces, it is possible to apply a second coat of Lindox. Wait at least 24 hours before repainting the surface treated with Thermo-Paint.

LINDOSTOP
Specific anti-mould and antifouling treatment for external north-exposed walls.
Lindostop is particularly suitable for neutralising spores not removed by mechanical scraping on substrates covered with algae and moss. It is ideal for preparing substrates on which to subsequently apply water-based paints or coatings. It is suitable for treating concrete, marble and bricks that have suffered a fungal attack. Surfaces should then be protected using a suitable finish.

On substrates infested by algae and moss, after complete removal by brushing, scraping or washing, apply the solution exclusively with a brush. Depending on the condition of the substrate, it may be necessary to apply several coats of LINDOSTOP, 24 hours apart. Once dry, proceed with the application of the chosen cycle of the finishing paint product.

POWER CLEAN
Degreaser with high-power cleaning action for metal and non-metallic products (metalwork in general).
Power Clean is ideal as a detergent/degreaser for metal and non-metallic structures (metalwork in general), for roofs and roofs made of metal, sandwich-panel, fibreglass and galvanised sheet, etc. A few minutes after application, washing with a hot water pressure washer is recommended. Once the surface is dry, proceed with the recommended painting cycle.

TOP-GUARD WR
Solution with hydro-oil repellent action, anti-algae, non-toxic and ready-to-use.
It creates a water-oil-repellent, stain-resistant and anti-algae action on absorbent, porous materials such as: terracotta floor tiles, natural and absorbent synthetic stone, concrete or marble floors and concrete products in general, which need to be protected from water, atmospheric agents and oil absorption. Applied in an appropriate quantity (variable in relation to the absorption and roughness of the surface), TOP GUARD WR is also ideal for protecting new or already painted façades (in particular those facing north) and walls with facing bricks, etc. A surface treated with Top Guard WR retains its new appearance for longer, making it easier to clean when needed. It penetrates into absorbent mineral supports through capillary impregnation. It does not alter the colour of the substrate and maintains sufficient permeability to water vapour. The effectiveness of the product begins after 24 hours and is 100% active after 2-3 days.

Mix the product well before use and do not mix with other products (which could react chemically). Apply the product during warm weather and use a low pressure spray gun or a brush; in the case of two-coat application, use the “wet-on-wet” system. Leave to dry for about 14-16 hours. Not suitable for non-absorbent or shiny surfaces.
