The use of these last two products was essential to meet the parameters set by the Passive House certification<\/strong>. According to these indicators, in fact, it is necessary that the temperature measured under the insulating panels does not exceed 70 \u00b0 C; moreover, the surface finish must have a reflection index higher than 25, which is impossible to achieve with a traditional product, especially in the case of dark colours. <\/p>\n

The application of the thermal smoothing paste based on Aerogel<\/strong> and the heat-reflective finish<\/strong> made it possible to successfully complete the innovative construction site. <\/p>\n

At the end of the application system, the probe placed under the insulating panels detected a temperature of 55.8 \u00b0 C (against the allowed 70 \u00b0 C).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thermo-Gum<\/strong>, with the application of a white coat and two coats of RAL 7016 finish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Consumo energetico prossimo allo zero<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>

\u00c8 stata eseguita la ristrutturazione di un edificio esistente tramite il\u00a0protocollo internazionale Passive House<\/strong>, rilasciato dal Passivhaus Institut di Darmstadt (D), la pi\u00f9 importante autorit\u00e0 scientifica nell\u2019ambito delle costruzioni sostenibili a consumo energetico prossimo allo zero.<\/p>

L\u2019edificio sar\u00e0 sede dello Studio Piraccini che si occupa di architettura sostenibile.\u00a0L<\/strong>\u2019<\/strong>opera non ha precedenti in Italia.<\/strong><\/p>

Interni<\/strong>: trattamento delle pareti in cartongesso con fissativo\u00a0Nano-Fix<\/strong>\u00a0e finitura con\u00a0Thermo-Paint<\/strong>, certificata antimuffa e certificata A+.<\/p>

Esterni<\/strong>: incollaggio e prima rasatura del pannello isolante con\u00a0Coras 60<\/strong>, rasatura del cappotto tradizionale con\u00a0Thermo-Coll<\/strong>, trattamento di finitura termoriflettente con\u00a0Thermo-Gum<\/strong>.<\/p>

L'utilizzo di questi due ultimi prodotti \u00e8 stato fondamentale per rientrare nei parametri previsti dalla certificazione Passive House<\/strong>. Secondo tali indicatori, infatti, \u00e8 necessario che la temperatura misurata sotto la lastra isolante non superi i 70 \u00b0C; inoltre la finitura superficiale deve avere un indice di riflessione superiore al 25, impossibile da raggiungere con un prodotto tradizionale, soprattutto in caso di tinte scure.<\/p>

L'applicazione del cuscinetto termico dato dalla rasatura in Aerogel<\/strong> e la finitura termoriflettente<\/strong> hanno consentito di portare a termine con successo l'innovativo cantiere.<\/p>

Terminato il ciclo di applicazione, la sonda posta sotto le lastre isolanti ha rilevato una temperatura di 55,8\u00b0C (contro i 70\u00b0C consentiti)<\/strong>.<\/p>
